An invitation for you to step away from the screen

Just a short message to say, look after yourself today. 

5 minutes of stretching, a moment of deep breaths, a few steps around your garden or the block.. Whatever you can do to offer yourself a break from the busyness that is whirring around right now. Give yourself permission. We all need it. 

Take some time to check in with what is going on inside. And step away from the computer.
